VESPR - IoT Sensor
VESPR - IoT Sensor
VESPR — Transformational Security’s new Vigilant Emission Sensing & Protocol Recognition platform — supports security missions by offering an operational overview of active Wi-Fi devices in the detection area. The system parses categorical information on access points as well as on individual devices. When multiple sensors are distributed across a campus, they work in concert with the IRIS software suite to provide awareness and geolocation data.
Low-Cost, Easy to Deploy
Its small size and unobtrusive footprint is ideal for use in fixed or portable environments. Deployment requires access only to a standard power outlet and standard Ethernet for data transmission. Future ability to allocate one channel for wireless data transmission.
Pinpoint Wi-Fi Devices with Confidence
With the available IRIS power-based geolocation package or through our SWARM IPMS software, VESPR can visually plot the location of devices across the covered area quickly and accurately. And the low-cost hardware facilitates full-campus coverage and increased sensor density.
Select Features
- Quickly profile all visible devices, showing MAC Addresses, channels, power level, manufacturer and more
- Inspect aggregate packet metadata on a device-by-device basis
- Graphically map device locations with available geolocation package
- Integrates seamlessly with IRIS
Adjudicate your IoT Landscape
Working in conjunction with IRIS, VESPR allows the discovery of various Wi-Fi and Bluetooth metadata fields for both access points and individual devices, including:
- Channel activity
- Power level
- MAC address
- Probes
- Device manufacturer
- Access point SSID
- Authentication presence
- Authentication type
- Beacon count
